These lines span from the investigation of ultrafast phenomena to the development of nanomaterials with novel magnetic properties, as well as the search for new lipid biomarkers for early disease detection. Despite the diversity of these research interests, they are unified by the common goal of employing state-of-the-art spectroscopic techniques to address a wide array of chemical challenges, many of which intersect with the realms of biology and physics. We are dedicated to the continual design, construction, and enhancement of new spectroscopic instrumentation to achieve high resolutions in time, energy, and spatial dimensions, while also maintaining precise control over physical and chemical properties at the nanoscale.
