Incoming PhD student form the University of Bologna Doctoral student Filippo Baroncelli, from the Department of Chemistry G. Ciamician of the University of Bologna, is making a five month stay at our group, hosted by the doctoral program Lasers and Applications in Chemistry and the Doctoral School of UPV/EHU. His thesis director is Sonia Melandri, and during his stay he will study the conformational space of molecules and weakly bound complexes by rotational spectroscopy, and also plans to monitor chemical reactions by means of chirped-pulse Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy. His work at the UPV/EHU will be supervised by Prof. Emilio J. Cocinero.
